Healthy New Year!

Since October, I’ve been sending out a monthly challenge to my email subscribers and Fitness & Nutrition Members, but this month, I decided to share the January Challenge in my blog.

Getting control of what you put in your mouth is key to success when it comes to health and weight loss. The benefits of eating “clean” (for lack of a better word) are so numerous:

  • Healthier skin and hair
  • Recipe for muscle-building
